Language-model work is included in every plan. Its volume is sized with plenty of room for normal work, and at 80% of the monthly volume the organization gets an email.

The project limit is enforced: past it, a new project cannot be opened. The number of people is not limited. Moving to a larger plan is possible at any time.

Questions

What people ask before choosing a plan

What does each limit in a plan mean?
Projects are the organization's active participations in projects, in any role. People are the organization's active accounts, and their number is not limited: you pay per company, not per seat. Language-model work is included in every plan; its monthly volume is sized with plenty of room for normal work and is counted by calendar month. Mail months is how far back the plan takes email history, and next to it is the number of mail messages in the plan. "No limit" is not zero: it means there is no ceiling.
What is the trial?
The trial starts the moment you sign up and is counted for the whole organization, not per user. It runs on a plan of its own, and the exact number of days is shown at the top of the pricing page, taken from that plan's settings. A welcome letter goes out at the start, a reminder near the end and a letter when it is over. When it ends, access closes, but your data stays in full, and you can write to us to reopen the account.
Do I need a credit card to start a trial?
No. The sign-up form asks for an email address, your side in the project, the type of business and its registration number, the business name and the name of the first project, and it has no payment field. Sign-in is confirmed with a one-time code sent to that address. Later on, payment does not pass through SLAtech Vantage either: it happens outside the system, and we record it on our side by hand.
If the price list changes, does my current plan change too?
No. When a plan is issued to your organization, its terms are copied into your subscription at that moment: the price, the limits and the modules. A later change to the price list, or to what a plan includes, does not touch a subscription that is already running. Your terms change only when a new subscription is issued, for example when you move to another plan, and that change is recorded.
What happens when a limit is reached?
The project limit is enforced: once you reach the ceiling, another project cannot be opened, and a message says that the limit has been reached. The number of people is not limited. What already exists keeps working. At 80% of the monthly language-model volume the organization gets an email. If the volume is used up, language-model work stops until the next calendar month begins, while the rest of the system keeps working. If a limit is clearly too tight, you can move to a larger plan.
Can I move to a larger plan?
Yes, at any time: write to us and we will move your organization to the new plan. The move opens a new subscription with the terms of the chosen plan, and the previous subscription is kept as history, so it is always clear what was agreed and when. The new limits and modules apply from the moment the new subscription is issued, without waiting for the end of the month.
