See the record behind every number

Open the task, time entry, or monitoring event behind a number you see.

No separate status reports

SLAtech Vantage pulls from the tools your team already uses: tasks, time logs, conversations, code, and monitoring. No one has to prepare a separate report.

If the data isn't there, SLAtech Vantage says so

If there is no source record for an answer, SLAtech Vantage tells you instead of making one up.

What SLAtech Vantage is

SLAtech Vantage is an AI-powered client portal for software projects. It connects project tasks, time entries, conversations, code activity, and monitoring so clients and agencies can see what's happening without compiling another report. Ask a question in plain English and get an answer linked to the records behind it.

Connects to the tools you already use

This is not a closed list. Integrations are built on the vendors' APIs, and if you need one we do not support yet, we can scope it as part of the implementation.

Sound familiar?

Get the project status without chasing anyone for an update

The information you need usually already exists. It is just spread across task trackers, time logs, repositories, email, and monitoring tools. You've probably heard some version of these before:

We're on it

No timeline, no clear ownership, and no way to verify the status.

Just trust us

You shouldn't have to rely on a verbal status update. SLAtech Vantage gives you the underlying records instead.

It's technically complex

You should be able to get a clear answer without deciphering technical jargon.

What it looks like

What it does

Everything you need to understand the project

SLAtech Vantage brings project activity, system health, and spend together in one view, so you don't have to work across your development team's tools yourself.

Project activity

See what was done, who worked on it, and when, based on tasks and logged time.

System health

Track incidents, anomalies, recurring issues, and system trends, so issues can be addressed before your users start reporting them.

Budget and billing

See where the hours went and open the tasks behind the work you're paying for.

SLAtech Vantage is designed to work with the tools you already use, connecting through their APIs. If you need an integration we don't support yet, we can scope it as part of the implementation.

Tell us what you need
Ask about your project

Ask about your project in plain English

You don't need to know where the information is stored or which report to open. SLAtech Vantage searches the connected project records and gives you an answer with links to the information behind it. The names and numbers in the example below are illustrative.

SLAtech Vantage · ask about your project EXAMPLE
What was done on the project last month?
Last month four tasks were completed and two incidents resolved. Most of the work went into the signup screen and the payments interface. 38 hours logged in total.
Task · signup screenTask · payments interfaceWork log · July
How much of that went to payments?
14 hours, 9 of them on the integration with the payment provider and 5 on testing. The task was closed last week.
Task · payments interfaceThree time entries
Were there incidents our users noticed?
Two. One was closed within 40 minutes, the other recurred twice and then its root cause was fixed. No repeats in the two weeks since.
Monitoring · AugustFix · payment error
Where source records are available, you can open the task, time entry, or monitoring event behind an answer. If the records don't contain enough information, SLAtech Vantage tells you instead of making up the missing details.
How it differs

A task board shows the plan. SLAtech Vantage shows what happened

A task tracker is built for the team doing the work, and how accurate it is depends on how consistently the team updates it. A client-facing view has to stay accurate even when nobody remembers.

Built from your project data

The information comes from tasks, time entries, and monitoring, not from a separate report somebody has to prepare.

Ask in plain English

Ask "how many hours went into payments this month?" and get an answer with links to the records behind it. No dashboards or filters to figure out.

Everything in one place

Project activity, system health, and spend sit together. No jumping between three different tools to understand where things stand.

Stays current automatically

You're not relying on someone to remember to update another dashboard. The data comes from the systems where the work is already recorded.

Privacy by design

Each client can access only their own project. Before a question is sent to the AI model, personal information such as names, ID numbers, phone numbers, and email addresses is replaced with labels. Access is passwordless, using a one-time sign-in code.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does our development team have to update SLAtech Vantage manually?
No separate SLAtech Vantage status report is required. SLAtech Vantage uses information from the systems where your team already manages the project: the task tracker, time entries, the repository, email, and monitoring. Your development team doesn't need to maintain another system.
Where does the information come from?
From your project systems: tasks and their statuses, time entries, the thread on each task, code activity, and monitoring events. There is no separate report for somebody to compile, and that is the real difference from a task board.
What do you need from us to start?
Usually very little: tell us which systems are already in use and give us access to them. We handle the integrations. We'll review your setup first, and there's no commitment and no charge until the scope is agreed.
Does our data go to an external AI model?
The model is external, but under our contract with the provider it is not trained on our data. Before a question is sent to it, personal information such as names, ID numbers, phone numbers, and email addresses is replaced with labels. Each client can access only their own project, sign-in is passwordless, and access to the data is recorded in a log.
What happens if SLAtech Vantage can't find the answer?
It tells you that the available project records don't contain enough information. It doesn't fill missing project facts with invented data.
Does this replace meetings with our development team?
It replaces status meetings, the ones where somebody recounts what was done. Conversations about what to do next are not going anywhere, but they start from shared records instead of a summary rebuilt from memory.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on how many systems need to be connected and how much historical data you want available. We'll review your setup and send you a timeline in writing.
What if our development team doesn't want to connect?
Then the honest answer is that it will not work: SLAtech Vantage connects to their working tools. In practice the objection usually goes away once it is clear that SLAtech Vantage takes their monthly reporting off their hands rather than auditing them.
