Questions

What people ask when they first meet the system

What is SLAtech Vantage?
SLAtech Vantage is a client portal for software projects. It brings into one place what is already recorded in the working tools: tasks and tickets, time entries, email, conversations, code activity and errors from monitoring. You can ask about that data in ordinary words and get an answer that shows which sources it was built from. When no source supports an answer, SLAtech Vantage says there is no data instead of filling the gap.
Is it for the client or for the software agency?
Both. At sign-up you choose a side: the client who orders the work, or the provider who does it. The role belongs to the participation in a project, not to the company, so the same company can be the client on one project and the provider on another. The provider works in the internal screens: tasks, email, errors and contacts. The client signs in to the portal and sees the monthly report, the month's summary and a chat about their own project.
What does SLAtech Vantage connect to?
Task and ticket systems: Freshservice, Jira Cloud and Data Center, Azure DevOps, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Linear and monday.com. Code: GitHub, GitLab and Bitbucket. Errors: Sentry, Rollbar, Bugsnag and Application Insights. Time tracking: Toggl Track, Clockify, Harvest, Everhour and TimeCamp. Email from Gmail, Telegram groups through a bot, and WhatsApp chat export files. Most connections only read; Freshservice is the one that also writes back status changes and public replies.
Does the client see the provider's internal data?
No. Each client sees only their own project, and their search is built on an allow list of data kinds: anything not explicitly opened stays closed. The email, error and contact screens belong to the provider only, the internal split of hours is visible only to the owner of the organization, and seeing amounts is a separate permission. Text sent to an external model is masked first: names, ID numbers, phone numbers and email addresses are replaced with labels.
How do I get started?
You sign up with a short form: a work email, your side in the project, the type of business and its Israeli business registration number, the business name and the name of the first project. A one-time code arrives at the address, and once you enter it the organization and the project are created and the trial starts at once. No payment details are requested. An organization that signed up on its own can connect its own data sources itself.
What languages does SLAtech Vantage work in?
In three: Hebrew, English and Russian. The interface is fully available in each of them, for the team and in the client portal, and every user works in the language set for them: Hebrew right to left, English and Russian left to right. Outgoing messages are sent in each recipient's language, so a project invitation or an incident alert reaches them in that language. The chat over the knowledge base also answers in the language the question was asked in, so one base serves people who write and ask in different languages.
